We’re still family-run from Hazel Grove. Mum, Dad, and the next generation work the business day to day. That means short decisions, people who know your account, and cuts shaped to how you cook — not a catalogue-only warehouse.
Our team of master craft butchers prepare bespoke cuts to your spec. Meat comes through a supply chain of farms and cutting plants into our SALSA-accredited production site, then out on our own refrigerated vans across the North West. Same chill chain from our door to yours.
Alongside fresh meat we supply cooked meats, dairy, and dry goods — so a kitchen can pull more of the week’s order from one place that understands catering.
